I completed Jane’s course in May and since then have walked regularly with Nordic Walking Watford. Jane’s enthusiasm for Nordic Walking is infectious and credit also goes to Sharon and Jackie who lead many of the walks. They not only make sure that we don’t get lost (well not yet!) but are always there to motivate and give advice on how to improve technique to get the best from the walks.
It’s great to be exercising outdoors, whilst enjoying the countryside and meeting new people. It’s definitely improving my fitness, has helped to lower my blood pressure and I certainly feel happier. I am so pleased I found Nordic walking!
